QIE Deploy

An agent skill for deploying and verifying Solidity contracts on QIE Mainnet or Testnet with Foundry or Hardhat, avoiding QIE's gas-estimate and MCOPY pitfalls.

Teaches the DevStation agent, or Claude Code, to deploy contracts to QIE the way that actually works. It carries the checked network facts (chain IDs 1990 and 1983, RPCs, explorers), and the two things that differ from Ethereum: QIE's EVM has no MCOPY, so compile for Shanghai, and eth_estimateGas is too low for storage writes, so every deployment gets an explicit gas limit and a receipt check. It deploys to Testnet first, confirms code at the address, verifies the source on QIE's Blockscout explorer, and reports the address and links. Includes foundry.toml and hardhat.config.ts ready for QIE.

Getting started

Save the skill
Download the qie-deploy folder and put it in your project's .devstation/skills folder, or in ~/.devstation/skills to use it in every project. Skills in .claude/skills are read too, so the same folder works for Claude Code.

Use it in the DevStation CLI
Start a session in the project. /skill lists the skills it found. Run this one by name, followed by what you want done.

What the agent will do
Check your toolchain, set evm_version to shanghai, keep your key in the environment, build and test, deploy to QIE Testnet with an explicit gas limit, confirm the receipt and the code, verify on the explorer, and give you the address and links. It asks before any Mainnet deployment.

With the skill installed, name the contract and the network.
