QIE dApp Frontend

An agent skill for wiring web apps to QIE with viem or wagmi: chain definitions, adding the network to wallets, QUSDC decimals, QIE ID names and safe writes.

Teaches the DevStation agent, or Claude Code, to connect a web app to QIE correctly. It covers chain definitions for QIE Mainnet and Testnet (with Testnet's fallback RPC), switching or adding the network in the wallet, reading QUSDC with its 6 decimals, writes with explicit gas limits and receipt checks, explorer links, and showing .qie names honestly: from the registration that minted each token, never QIE's free placeholder names. Includes chains.ts with viem chains, QUSDC and QIE ID addresses, and a wagmi config.

Getting started

Save the skill
Download the qie-dapp-frontend folder and put it in your project's .devstation/skills folder, or in ~/.devstation/skills to use it in every project. Skills in .claude/skills are read too, so the same folder works for Claude Code.

Use it in the DevStation CLI
Start a session in the project. /skill lists the skills it found. Run this one by name, followed by what you want done.

What the agent will do
Add QIE chain definitions, make the wallet switch to or add QIE, read token amounts with their real decimals, send writes with explicit gas and check receipts, and link to the explorer. The skill's checklist is how it decides the work is done.
